I was with a client last week and I was talking to them about the 4 pillars of marketing and they are pillars because they hold up everything we do, and they work today as they worked in the pre digital era.
There are variations of this, but they essentially are:
· Vision
· The Customer Journey
· Target Audience
· Your USP
Understanding these elements in your business is essential.
What is your vision for your business?
What is you USP?
What does your customers journey look like?
Who is your target audience?
Whilst these are the basics, this is the place to start, don’t over complicate it, keep it simple.
