You might think so, but your customers will pigeonhole you as a provider of “x”.
Therefore, its vitally important you keep your customers informed about all your services, not all at the same time but one service/product at a time and keep regularly communication the benefits of these services.
The best way to do this is via social media, blogs, and email.
My preferred route for this is a personalised email, and then pick out what elements of your services or products will add value to your customers.
There is no need to hard sell, we are looking at educating our customers to the services that they are not currently using.
Before you start make sure your customers are segmented into the services you are providing.
Using a platform like HubSpot you can segment and only mail the relevant customers; you can even select groups not to mail and also pick out individual customers that you do not want to mail too.
