As your social media following grows, we’ll keep you updated with full analysis of who is following you, where they are, if they are interacting, and whether they are buying. We’ll even investigate who unfollows you, so you’re always up to date on who your social media audience is.

Want to know how your competitors are performing on social media? With our Competitor Analysis service, we’ll do the hard work for you and provide you with detailed information on the social media platforms they’re using, how well they are doing on them, and even which of their posts have been particularly successful.

1-2-1 Coaching with your Personal Account Manager

Boost your social media presence with dedicated 1-2-1 coaching from your Personal Account Manager. Via phone or Zoom, they’ll give you all the right information, hints, and tips to win in the world of social media and maximise the reach and impact of your content. They’ll also provide you with detailed analysis of the previous month’s performance and talk you through your action plan for the coming month.

Content Creation

Knowing what content to post on social media, and having the time to create it, is not always easy. That’s why all our social media packages include content creation as standard. Your Personal Account Manager will take any photos, videos, articles, facts, or news about your business that you can provide, and craft content for you that will engage your social media audiences and boost your online reputation. If you want us to use content that you’ve created yourself instead, that’s fine too!

Creative Posting

You decide how many social media posts are sent out from your social media accounts every month, from two per week up to one every business day; the choice is yours. Whatever you decide, we’ll provide you with our expert advice and ensure your social media posts are sent out at the best times to maximise their exposure and grab the attention of your target audiences.
