Our standard Book-Keeping charges are £30 per hour initially, we then would look to put this onto  fixed charge once we have assessed the work load level.

Please note, all book-keeping services are provided at Joseph Creative premises.

Payroll Management

• Outsource your payroll to us and we can take the hassle out of all the administration and bureaucracy.
• We charge £1.99 per employee per month, with a minimum charge of £25.
• Our initial set up is £99.95.
• We will provide you with all the reports via email.
• We can also complete your P11'd's for those employees with company benefits.
• Auto Enrolment - Please call for quotation.

VAT Return Services

Your quarterly VAT return will be included within the scope of our book-keeping services. You can be sure that your submissions will be received by the HMRC within the timeframes required thus eliminating expensive penalties (assuming you then pay them on time).

Monthly Management Accounts

As part of our service we can also prepare your monthly management accounts, this would include your Profit & Loss account, balance sheet and any relevant KPI's that you may require. This service is charged at £50 per hour.

If you are paying yourself a dividend it is a legal requirement that you know your business is in profit and has retained profits, if not the revenue could treat all of your dividends as salary and that could be a very expensive mistake.
